Located at the Randolph Café in the Chicago Cultural Center, this first-time performance of the “Poetry Saloon at Noon” was a lunch-time event (perfect for people when taking a break from working in downtown Chicago), with open mic poetry and a poetry features, including the first poetry feature with a set by Janet Kuypers (with a ~20 inute feature of never-before-performed to a live audience Periodic Table of Poetry poems, in her “Poetry Saloon at Noon” performance, with music in the background by the HA!Man of South Africa, from his 2011 Hotel music, “Wayward Waltz of the Fractured Wind”)
