poetry readings from the “(give me 5 minutes)” in a collection of poems called (give me 5 minutes).
Janet Kuypers was be one of the poets featured at Mercury Cafe (1505 West Chicago Avenue, Chicago) appearing at 4:10, for a 5 minute reading of new poetry, and poetry that had never been read in public before. She has had previous performance at Mercury Cafe, including the 11/30/07 show the Messenger, the 02/16/08 1989-2007 mega poetry, the 06/23;0/08 impromptu feature of the Fortune Featurette, and the 10/09/08 show the Final Jump. But this performance was based on ananniversary event at Mercury Cafe, where a number of poets and musicians each had a 5 minute mini-performance.
